Synopsis
Fushigi Yuugi (known as "The Mysterious Play") is a fantasy anime and manga series by Yuu Watase.

It starts off with Miaka, a young jr.high school girl who stumbles upon a book called "The Universe of the Four Gods" and is then transported to a world inside the book. It is in that world that she becomes the Priestess of the God Suzaku, and searches to find the seven Suzaku celestial warriors.

However, the neighbouring enemy country, ruled by the god of Seiryuu finds their own Priestess and their celestial warriors....
